Megumi Wada is a partner at the Law Office of Takashi Takano and a member of the Tokyo Bar Association. Ms. Wada received her LL.B. from Hitotsubashi University in 2005, and was admitted to the Bar in Japan in 2007. Since then, she has been practicing law, focusing specifically on criminal defense. In 2015, Ms. Wada studied at U.C. Hastings, College of the Law (LL.M.), and interned at the Public Defender’s Office in San Francisco after graduating. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 2016.
